Our Story
Wilacha Chiang Rai was founded by Wilawan and Suvicha of the Sukkasemhathai family.
The hotel’s name is an abbreviation of their names, and its logo features three mountains, symbolizing their three sons. Additionally, the breakfast menu showcases the homemade flavors of Grandma Kanjana, the beloved grandmother of the Sukkasemhathai family.
Every aspect of the hotel reflects a part of the family, so we hope our guests will experience the warmth, hospitality, and home-like atmosphere that define the “Wilacha” experience.

Our highlight is definitely the special home-cooked Thai dish of the day, lovingly prepared by our granny chef (the owner's mother). The menu changes daily and features everything from Thai curries to Thai-Chinese cuisine to Northern Thai dishes rarely found outside the region.
And for coffee lovers, we’ve got fresh, locally sourced beans brewed to perfection with our espresso machine, because a good morning deserves good coffee.

For those who feel a little bit less adventerous, we’ve got a solid continental breakfast that covers all the essentials.
